Our main office is located in the Peterkort Centre just west of St. Vincent Hospital at 9555 SW Barnes Road. We are on the second floor in Suite number 270. Free parking is available at the Peterkort Centre.

Our Tanasbourne office is conveniently located behind the Tanasbourne Discount Mall at 17895 NW Evergreen Parkway Suite 110. We have two entrances. The North is for Well-Children and the South is for sick. Please use the north entrance unless your child is known to be ill.
